Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Your first order ships free! All subsequent orders over $35 also receives free shipping!
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
Returns are accepted on unused and unopened products in their original packaging, with the seal intact, within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll cover the return shipping cost for your first two returns — we want you to feel confident shopping with us. After that, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.
We want you to be completely happy with your fragrance. If you’ve tried a scent and it’s not the right fit, just reach out to us at help@ivyandsage.co. Our team will work with you to find a scent you’ll truly love. Tip: Be sure to check out our Scent Quiz on the site - it’s designed to help match you with fragrances that fit your style and preferences.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. Email help@ivyandsage.co please include your order number in the email.
You don’t need to return broken items. Just send us a photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll send you a replacement right away. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

All of our products are made with safe, high-quality ingredients and materials. For the best experience, please follow the product-use instructions provided on each product’s page in our online store. Safety Note: Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

The Ivy & Sage Co. difference is that we use 100% concentrated, never diluted oils to guarantee no spilling when used properly. Essential Oils / fragrance oils have been known to damage surfaces if spilled and left uncleaned. Always make sure the lid is tightly secured before hanging, and if any oil drips, wipe it up right away to avoid stains or damage.
Ivy & Sage Co. is not responsible for damage caused by spilled oil. By purchasing, you agree to follow the included care instructions.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us at help@ivyandsage.co within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
