Essential oils can damage surfaces if spilled, so always secure the lid tightly and wipe any drips immediately. Ivy & Sage is not responsible for damage caused by spilled oils, but we are always here to help with care instructions

  • Returns are accepted on unused and unopened products in their original packaging, with the seal intact, within 30 days of delivery.

  • If your product arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement right away - no need to return the broken item.

  • Everything is designed and packaged in the USA using carefully sourced, high-quality ingredients. Many products are crafted in small batches, helping ensure consistency and freshness.
